Hi! My name is Kerra Martin. Here are a few things about me:
- I believe that I was created by a loving God and that my purpose in life is aligning with His purposes. Without Him, I have nothing steady to stand on.
- I’m the youngest in my family but have happily given up my identity of the “spoiled youngest who gets all the attention” to become “aunt to single and triplets and twins” who are all very worthy of attention
- I have been teaching and learning with precious 2nd graders for the past few years and am onto the new adventure of teaching Grade 6.
- I do more thinking than talking, and I prefer to have a good long while to carefully word what I have to say.
- I like to stay home, but I keep learning more about how much I need connection.
- I like to sing (especially choral music or duets with my sister), play piano (especially the one page of the one cool song I know), and dance (when no one’s watching).
- Laughing is one of my favourite things.
- I want to be a reader and a writer but I’m still developing these skills and habits.
